How To Make an Immunity Roller

Last week I shared with you guys how to make my super easy DIY hand sanitizer. Packed with so many benefits it is great to keep on hand all year long.

This week I wanted to share with you all, how to make my all time favorite immunity roller. Many times has this roller blend been my saving grace. When I was 6 weeks postpartum with our 4th child, my entire house came down with the worst stomach bug ever. It was awful…and I was the sole caretaker.

For a brief moment I wanted to just burn the house down. The thought of having the stomach bug and nursing AND taking care of everyone made me more than anxious. (Did I mention our house was also on the market at that time?)

I immediately made this roller and applied it several times a day behind my ears, on my wrist, and down my spine.

You guys, I never got sick.

I’ll spare you all the gruesome details, but I was handling a lot of dirty linens through that time and thought FOR SURE it was only a matter of time before I would get sick too…

But this amazing little roller blend saved me.

And many times since has it saved me and my family! This past winter was the first year that none of us got sick. Not even the sniffles.

Again, I attribute that to this roller.

So enough testimony talk, let’s move on to the ingredients in this bad boy!

INGREDIENTS AND ITEMS NEEDED FOR IMMUNITY ROLLER

  • 10ml Roller
  • Fractionated Coconut Oil
  • Frankincense
  • Thieves
  • Lemon
  • Oregeno

DOSAGE FOR ADULT IMMUNITY ROLLER

To make an immunity roller using a 10ml roller, use the amount as listed below. This dosage is for adults*

  • 10 Drops Frankincense
  • 10 Drops Thieves
  • 10 Drops Lemon
  • 5-10 Drops Oregeno

DOSAGE FOR CHILDREN’S ROLLER

  • 5 Drops Frankincense
  • 5 Drops Thieves
  • 5 Drops Lemon
  • 3 Drops Oregeno

After adding the proper dosage of oils, top with your favorite carrier oil. Coconut oil is my typical go to, just because of its affordability but you can also use

  • Jojoba Oil
  • Almond Oil
  • Grapeseed Oil
  • Argon Oil

WHERE DO I APPLY THE IMMUNITY ROLLER?

You can apply the immunity roller down your spine and behind your ears. For my kids, I apply down their spine and onto the bottoms of their feet. is a generalized application, designed to cover a several places of the body at once.

HOW OFTEN DO I APPLY?

During the cold & flu season, or during a time like we are facing right now with COVID-19, I apply several times a day. Otherwise I just apply the roller once daily.

When taking serious measures in preventing an illness, I usually keep the roller in my back pocket or in my purse and apply whenever I think about it.

For my kids, I apply morning and night.

Like I said earlier this immunity roller is my go to during times when viral infections are high.
